We are a creative first arrears charge company. All of the hours of service are billed in a monthly package product. No guesswork – all prearranged monthly packages are that only thing you are charged.
We only charge via Stripe and take USD currency. Currently, we do not and will not operate overseas.
Our customer service is powered by one. Madness Creative is a solo venture. All of your contact and scheduling will go through Chris or the contact portal of the website.
We do not offer refunds on arrears work.
It’s this simple. You receive what you’ve paid for each month before you have to pay for it. Simple as that.
